QuantumRF. What it does, and exactly who it is worth it for.
The most expensive treatment on my menu, on the InMode Luxora. This page is mostly about when not to have it, because that is the honest majority of the conversations I have about it.

What does the FDA clearance actually say?
I would rather you heard this from me than found it later. The clearances covering this technology (K240780 and K251254) are for use in dermatologic procedures where coagulation or contraction of soft tissue, or hemostasis, is needed.
There is no clearance for skin laxity and none for skin tightening. You will see practices advertise it in exactly those words. I am not going to, and you should weigh what that means about the rest of what a practice tells you.
Then what is the appointment for?
The assessment. What it sorts out is how much of your concern is skin quality, how much is where the fat sits, and how much is the support underneath. Those three answers lead to three different conversations, and only one of them ends here.
Why is it the most expensive thing here?
Because of what the appointment involves and the equipment it runs on. I am not going to pretend it is a small number. You will hear the exact figure at your consultation, before anything is booked. If it is a stretch, that is a reason to slow down rather than a reason to finance it, and payment plans exist through Affirm and Cherry if you decide otherwise.
Is this always the right treatment for the concern?
Not always, and that is worth knowing before you book. A few times a month a consultation here ends with a surgeon's name written down and handed over, because that is the answer that actually gets someone what they came for.

- Anyone whose assessment points at the support underneath rather than at skin quality. Money spent here is money not spent on the thing that would have worked.
- Device work is planned in person, because the settings depend on your skin rather than a photograph.
- Anyone for whom the price is a genuine stretch. I would rather you kept the money.
- Anyone expecting a result on a timeline I have not agreed with you in person.

Questions people actually ask
Is it the same as Morpheus8?
No. They are different applicators on the same InMode Luxora platform, used for different things, and the assessment decides which conversation we are having.
Will you tell me if I should see a surgeon?
Yes, and on day one rather than after the third appointment. Saying it late is worse for everybody.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Payment plans are available through Affirm and Cherry. You apply with the lender, on your own phone, on their terms.

45 minutes, $100, booked and paid in advance. You get a written plan and the whole figure for it, and a fair share of these end with me recommending less than you came in for, or nothing yet.
